Mobile and modular builds have a shape problem for insulation: curved metal skins, ribs, and no room to waste. Closed-cell spray foam is a natural fit because it bonds to metal, follows every rib and curve, seals out moisture, and delivers real R-value in a thin profile. This hub covers the main mobile applications.
What we cover
- Camper van - thin-profile insulation for van conversions without stealing interior space.
- Shipping container - sealing the sea-can that condenses relentlessly.
- Trailer - enclosed and utility trailers for work and haul use.
Why closed-cell for anything mobile
A vehicle skin flexes, vibrates and condenses; closed-cell bonds tight, resists water, adds rigidity, and does it all in a couple of inches. Open-cell and batt do not belong against a moving metal shell.
